Leonardo Privilege Hotel Eilat

The food was really great, with many variety of salads, warm meals and desserts. the staff working at the restaurant were very welcoming and helpful. the hotel had a very pleasant and nice pool where we enjoyed the warm weather.

The room was not cleaned properly before our arrival. There were stains on the bed and hair in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is convenient for those who enjoy being surrounded by nature, with beautiful views of the nearby airport. It offers a variety of facilities for families, such as a kids club, outdoor children pool, and even special dining options for babies. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with prompt responses from the staff for any requests. the all-inclusive food is a highlight, with a wide variety of dishes available, including salads, warm food, and delicious desserts. the friendly waitstaff in the restaurant area enhance the dining experience.

There were a few tired areas of the hotel, including some worn-out decor and an electric switch hanging off the wall in the room.

Great food and variety. All inclusive package was worth it. The dining room had a wide range of options and the staff were friendly. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and other attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was crowded during check-in, but the front desk staff handled it efficiently. Some parts of the hotel may need renovation, but overall it was still a good value for the money.
